Auction Rules
- To participate in the Bert's Big Adventure auction you must be a registered user. When you click to bid on an item you will be prompted to login. If you aren't registered, you will be prompted to sign in before continuing.
- Refer to specific auction items for end dates. Different items have
different dates. Bidding ends at 10:00am EST of the specified day. Time
shall be determined by our servers which may vary from your system.
- Winners will be contacted by Bert's Big Adventure at the end of each auction for
payment and fulfillment arrangements.
- Prices DO include shipping and handling, unless otherwise specified in each specific auction.
- Payment shall be made directly to Bert's Big Adventure.
- The only accepted method of payment is by credit card. Bert's Big Adventure accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Cash, checks, and money orders will not be accepted. If the auction winner cannot provide a credit card, the auction item may be forfeited to the next highest bidder.
- In the rare event that multiple duplicate bids are submitted for an auction and accepted as valid winners by the auction system, a single winning bid will be determined by the auction administrators.
- Due to the nature of the Internet, Bert's Big Adventure cannot be responsible for
connectivity issues you may experience accessing our servers.
