ULGA-YP fulfills the mission of the National Urban League movement, which is to enable communities to secure economic self-reliance, educational and economic parity, health empowerment, and civil rights; and to foster civic engagement and social justice in our community. The Dream Catchers Awards embodies what it means to give back to the community. ULGA-YP honors state representative and other organizations that have had positive impacts in the community.
